Acurity Health Group is proud to bring you Connect 2019 their Annual GP Conference in association with the Department of Primary Healthcare and General Practice, University of Otago, Wellington. Now in its 21st year, this conference continues to grow in popularity bringing together GP’s from across New Zealand for one of the best educational events in the country.

Connect 2019 will explore a range of topics under the broad themes of skin, head health, women’s health and bones and soft tissues. We have organised some of the best presenters, including world leading researchers, highly skilled specialists and expert healthcare professionals to provide updates on conditions you see commonly and some less well known. Sessions are designed to have practical tips and take home messages that are applicable to the better diagnosis and care of your patients.

A variety of short sharp lightning talks, practical demonstrations, in-depth talks and ethical discussions will keep sessions relevant and interesting. Over two days of networking, education, skills development, debate and discussion there will be numerous opportunities to enhance your knowledge, widen your network, and help shape the future of primary health care.

The  "Acurity Connect GP Conference" activity has been endorsed by The Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners (RNZCGP) and has been approved for up to 12.25 CME credits, for the General Practice Educational Programme (GPEP) and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) purposes.
