Sachin is a consultant psychiatrist at North Shore hospital and the clinical director for psychiatry of old age at Waitemata DHB. He is an honorary senior lecturer at Auckland school of medicine. Sachin’s special interests include assessment and management of severe mental disorders in hospitalised elderly patients, mental capacity and medical ethics.
