Anna works at Kauri HealthCare in Palmerston North and is Clinical Chief Advisor, Primary Care for the Ministry of Health.

Jane is the lead for the national advance care planning and shared goals of care programmes.
A recognised subject matter expert, Jane brings over 15 years of experience leading advanced care planning implementation at local, regional, and national levels.
She leads strategy development, workforce training and communication initiatives that embed person-and-whānau-led care across the health system. Jane holds a Bachelor of Nursing (First Class Honours) and a Master of Health Sciences. Her mahi is grounded in Te Tiriti o Waitangi, equity, and ensuring cultural values and what matters to people guides care planning.
