And yet, things get in the way to prevent progress: people, processes, our own personalities - and of course, organisational politics. 

Drawing on her experiences as a PHO and DHB Clinical Director and founder and Chair of the NZ Women in Medicine Charitable Trust, Orna will talk about the importance of cultivating clinical leadership, and learning to be effective.
