Can we treat concussion/mTBI better?

There is an increasing recognition that patients who have persisting symptoms following a mild traumatic brain injury benefit from an active treatment approach, and that prolonged rest can be detrimental to their recovery. 

In this session we will discuss some of the reasons why patients might have a more prolonged recovery and discuss strategies to try to ensure that these patients receive the treatment that they require.  Our aim is to be very practical and to give you some simple clinic-based strategies to help guide your treatment decisions.
