Repeat Prescribing of Gender Affirming Hormone Therapy

Once gender affirming hormone therapy (GAHT) has been commenced, ongoing prescribing is usually taken over by the patient's GP. This session will give you an update on current hormone prescribing practices for transgender and non-binary patients in Aotearoa, address frequently asked questions and provide you with what you need to know to continue these prescriptions safely. 

Note – this session focuses on providing repeat prescriptions for people who are already on hormones. Initiating hormones is covered in another session.
