The ‘Best for Baby’ scheme has operated at Greenstone Family Clinic (GFC) in Manurewa, South Auckland for 12 years and has demonstrated improved health processes and outcomes for pregnant women and infants.

This session will cover GFC’s system of case managing pregnant women and infants to ensure that they receive optimum care to keep them out of hospital in their first year.
