Saman practices at Omnicare and Te Toka Tumai Auckland Hospital, where she has been a senior medical officer in obstetrics and gynaecology since 2016 and was clinical director of secondary gynaecology from 2023-2025.
She has an international fellowship in paediatric & adolescent gynaecology, with fellowship training from the Royal Children's Hospital Melbourne.
