Amanda Oakley CNZM is Head of the Department of Dermatology at Te Whatu Ora Waikato and an Adjunct Associate Professor in the Department of Medicine of the University of Auckland. Amanda is also a diagnosing consultant for MoleMap.
The original creator of DermNet, she has numerous online and in-print publications on dermatological topics.
Her main research interests are teledermatology, including teledermoscopy, the early diagnosis of melanoma, and artificial intelligence applied to skin diseases.
