Jennifer Lee

General Practitioner

Jennifer works as a GP at the Dunedin South Medical Centre and as a Medical Assessor at the Centre for Adverse Reactions Monitoring (CARM). CARM is part of the New Zealand Pharmacovigilance Centre (NZPhvC), which is based within the University of Otago. CARM has a contract with the Ministry of Health to provide post-marketing safety monitoring of adverse drugs reactions in New Zealand.  

She is originally from Singapore and obtained her BSc (Hons) in Pharmacology before completing her medical degree at the University of Otago. She has an interest in medicine adverse reactions and looking at medicine and vaccine harm prevention in the primary care space.
