Insomnia: customised treatment in primary care

Sleep problems affect about 40% of primary care patients, although they do not always discuss this with their GP.

This webinar will look at tools that can enable diagnoses to be made simply and quickly. This means that patients can get customised treatment in primary care. Most diagnoses can be made on a simple history and sleep labs are only necessary for the few difficult to assess patients.

The three main themes that will be covered include:

  • diagnostic tools
  • customised treatment in primary care
  • case studies.
