ACT in action
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a third wave behavioural therapy that aims to help people maximise human potential for a full, rich, and meaningful life.
ACT has a growing evidence basis for the treatment for a wide range of psychosocial difficulties. It has become a treatment of choice for many mental health clinicians. This workshop discusses the underlying processes of ACT and its application through case studies.
This session is repeated Sunday at 2.05pm.
