How to register

Please register via the online form.

Payment by credit card (secure transmission facilities provided). Visa and Mastercard are accepted. Confirmation of your registration and a tax invoice will be sent upon completion of the registration form and payment.

Accommodation

Bookings for accommodation can be made when you register for the Symposium, using the same online form.

Bookings should be made no later than 13 March 2017 for Jet Park Hotel and 17 February 2017 for Proximity Apartments. After that date no guarantee can be made that rooms will be available.

To secure your reservation, payment of one night's room rate or full payment is required. A shuttle will be provided from your hotel to the Vodafone Events Centre at the start of each day and return at the end of each day. For more information about accommodation click here.

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify The Conference Company of the replacement delegate's name and contact details.

If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a refund (the full symposium fee less an administration charge of NZ$100) will be made, providing notification is received by 3 February 2017. After that date no refunds will be made.

If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the Symposium is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.

CME

The Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners (RNZCGP) has approved this programme for up to 16 education hours for General Practice Education Programme Stage 2 (formerly AVE) and Maintenance of Professional Standards (MOPS) purposes.*

RNZCUC CME points are awarded for a full day (6 CME points) or half day (3 CME points).

*16 CME points applies to Full registrations.
