Brain injury in sport (and elsewhere). What to tell patients

Concussion and mTBI is currently a hot topic. There is increasing concern about the longer term consequence of this type of injury. 

In this talk, Steve Kara will discuss how to manage mTBI in a primary care setting including reviewing the evidence about the potential longer term impact of these injuries and how we should council our patients. We will also discuss best practice treatment including a discussion about the tools that are available to diagnose this type of injury and to track recovery.
