Medically unexplained symptoms: A new approach treating the Mast Cell Activation Pathway

There is a rising prevalence of long COVID, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, IBS, EDS and POTS, this area is difficult for practitioners to navigate. Mast cell activation is often a common underling comorbidity and recognising and treating this can improve these other conditions with a significant impact on QoL and functional status. We will look at how to recognise this condition and some simple management strategies for patients.
