Neurological disease in older people
Speaker
Session Date:
With the increasing age of our population and the marked reduction in sudden cardiac death, there is a rapidly increasing burden of neurological disease in older people.
Natural ageing involves a loss of neurological function, and it can be difficult to distinguish this from treatment-responsive pathology.
Barry will cover a number of topics, including Parkinsonism, seizures and peripheral neuropathy in older people.
This talk will be repeated at 12.05
