This session with include discussion of the diagnosis and management of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation in primary care, the importance of considering associated cardiac and other disease, reducing the risk of recurrence (lifestyle, anti-arrhythmic drugs), when anticoagulation is indicated, and when ablation should be considered.
