Vincent Chan

Dr. Vincent Chan is a Urologist who has subspecialty training in the fields of Andrology, male infertility, microsurgery and prosthetics.

Born in Auckland, New Zealand, Dr Chan obtained his medical degree through the University of Auckland in 2006 and completed urology training through the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2021 which included posts in multiple cities in New Zealand and Australia. He subsequently spent over a year in Melbourne as the only member of the Urological Association of Australia and New Zealand (USANZ) to obtain subspecialty clinical fellowship training in the fields of Male Fertility, Sexual Health and Prosthetics. Based in Auckland, his public appointment is at Health New Zealand Te Whatu Ora Waitemata, and consults in private in a unique dual trans-Tasman role at the Urology Institute, OneSixOne Auckland, and at Men’s Health Melbourne, Australia.

Dr. Chan has published as primary and co-author in multiple peer-reviewed academic medical journals, with a particular interest in male infertility and prosthetics, and serves as a reviewer for the Journal of Sexual Medicine. He has been invited to speak at national and international meetings, and is the New Zealand Representative of the USANZ Andrology Special Advisory Group. He is a member of the European Association of Urology, the American Association of Urology, the Urological Association of Asia, the Urological Society of Australia and New Zealand, and the Asia Pacific Society of Sexual Medicine.
